David draws on more than 25+ years in information management including managing people, systems and projects in cross-functional enterprise environments for companies such as Venture, Innovate Consult, In-Form Consult, Wang and Xionics (document imaging). A skilled Information Manager, Business Analyst and Strategist, David investigates problems, creates innovative business solutions and runs successful Change programmes include helping to improve information performance, efficiency and profitability. He is a qualified AIIM Trainer for ECM and SharePoint, set up the UK AIIM Certified Information Professional academy and has mentored many Consultants to achieve AIIM CIP certification.
Technical Services Manager
Kevin is an experienced IT Leader with a background in technical support, service management, financial management, IT sourcing and Supplier Management. He has 20 years IT experience plus 5 years global outsourcing and off shoring experience in the financial services sector for a FTSE 100 company. He combines excellent technical skills with a strong understanding of supplier management and service delivery.
Luigi is Namirial’s CEO and Business Unit Manager Namirial S.P.A. (mother company). He is a leader with over 12 years of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) experience across banking, security, construction, and building industries. Prior to Namirial he worked for BWAY srl and Accenture, and holds a Masters Degree in Engineering.
Gerald is Namirial’s MD, previously working in SERVO DATA and CSC AUSTRIA (2000-2006) as a member of the Executive Management team. Between 2006 and 2015 he was xyzmo SIGNificant's CEO and major shareholder. He sold the company in Dec 2015 to Namirial. Gerald holds a master's degree in Engineering from the University of Linz, a doctorate in Technical Sciences, and an MBA focused on sales and marketing management.
VP Sales & Alliances
As VP of Sales and Alliances, Klaus is responsible for building and managing xyzmo's long-term partner relationships. Previously he held several positions at DynaTrace, Borland and Segue Software. Klaus holds a master's degree in Business Informatics from the University of Linz.
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Rainer is responsible for xyzmo’s development activities in Austria and in Bucharest. He has more than 10 years of experience in the area of electronic signatures and was one of xyzmo’s first employees.

Joachim is the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He leverages more than 25 years of professional background and experience overseeing and identifying legal issues on the one hand, and managing operational and financial issues on the other hand. Joachim holds a master's degree in Law from the University of Linz.
